By creating an account or using AeroNation Workflow (aeronation-workflow.vercel.app), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. These terms are between you and AeroNation LLC ("AeroNation," "we," "us," or "our").

AeroNation Workflow is a productivity and planning application offering task management, day planning, life blocks, goal tracking, meal planning, and related tools, along with optional notifications delivered via push, email, or text message.

You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.

If you opt in to text message notifications, you agree to receive automated text messages related to the reminders and alerts you've configured in Settings.

• Message frequency varies based on your own settings and activity in the app -- this is not a recurring marketing program.
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or by turning off text notifications in Settings.
• Reply HELP for assistance, or see our Privacy Policy for how we handle your phone number.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Paid plans, where offered, are billed through our payment processor (Stripe) according to the plan and billing cycle you select at signup. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the app's infrastructure or security.
• Use the app to send unsolicited or abusive communications to others.

Some features (such as meal plan generation, recipe suggestions, and goal-planning assistance) use AI models to generate content. AI-generated content, including nutrition estimates, may not always be fully accurate -- use your own judgment, particularly for anything related to health, allergies, or dietary needs.

AeroNation Workflow is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that reminders (via push, email, or text) will be delivered on time or at all -- notifications depend on third-party carriers and services outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AeroNation LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including missed reminders or notifications.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you directly.
