Privacy Policy

AeroNation Workflow is a productivity, planning, and household/business management application operated by AeroNation LLC ("AeroNation," "we," "us," or "our"). This policy explains what information we collect through the AeroNation Workflow app (aeronation-workflow.vercel.app) and how we use it.

We collect the information you provide directly to us, including:

• Account information: name, email address, and password (managed securely via our authentication provider).
• Task, planning, goal, and meal-related content you create in the app.
• Optional profile details, such as family member profiles, dietary preferences, and business/team information you choose to enter.
• Phone number, if you choose to enable text message (SMS) notifications.
• Payment information, processed directly by our payment provider (Stripe) -- we do not store your full card details ourselves.

We also automatically collect limited technical information, such as general usage activity within the app, to help us diagnose issues and improve the product.

If you turn on text message notifications in Settings, we use your phone number solely to send you the reminders and alerts you've configured -- for example, task due-date reminders based on the reminder times you set for each priority level.

• Message frequency varies based on your own settings and how many tasks/reminders you have active. This is not a marketing or promotional messaging program.
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by turning off text message notifications in Settings.
• Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at the email below.
• Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties for marketing purposes.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the app's features (task management, planning, goals, meals, and related tools).
• Send notifications you've opted into, via push, email, or text message.
• Generate AI-assisted content you request, such as meal plans, recipe suggestions, or goal-planning assistance.
• Process payments and manage subscriptions.
• Maintain the security and integrity of the app, and troubleshoot issues.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your data for third-party advertising.

To operate AeroNation Workflow, we rely on trusted third-party service providers who process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments, including: Supabase (database, authentication, and file storage), Vercel (application hosting), Twilio (text message delivery), Anthropic and OpenAI (AI-generated content and images), Stripe (payment processing), and the USDA FoodData Central API (nutrition data lookups). These providers only receive the information necessary to perform their specific function and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide you the service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. We use industry-standard security practices, including encryption in transit and row-level security on our database, to protect your information.

AeroNation Workflow is intended primarily for adults and account holders who are at least 13 years old. Certain family features allow a parent or legal guardian to create and manage a profile or limited-access account for a child.

Children under 13 may not independently create a standard AeroNation Workflow account. A child profile or child account must be created, authorized, and managed by a parent or legal guardian. The parent or guardian controls the child's access, permissions, and information associated with the account.

Depending on the features enabled by the parent or guardian, a child profile may include limited information such as the child's name or nickname, age or birth date, avatar, household responsibilities, routines, goals, schedules, meal information, and progress within family activities.

We collect and use information associated with a child profile only to provide the family features requested by the parent or guardian. We do not sell children's personal information or use it for targeted advertising.

A parent or legal guardian may review, correct, download, or request deletion of information associated with their child's profile by using the available account controls or contacting us at the email listed below. We may take reasonable steps to verify the requesting adult's identity and authority over the child's profile.

We seek to collect only the information reasonably necessary to provide the child and family features. If we learn that we collected personal information directly from a child under 13 without appropriate parental authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you directly.
